With nearly 30 years of experience, Jeffrey Erdman is a distinguished litigator and trial lawyer practicing in both state and federal courts throughout California. He has successfully represented clients as both plaintiff’s and defense counsel, including arguing cases before the California Court of Appeal. Jeffrey’s expertise spans a wide range of disputes involving business, real estate, and employment matters, with a particular focus on representing auto dealer groups. He also frequently serves as outside general counsel, offering strategic legal guidance to business owners and entrepreneurs.
Jeffrey has extensive courtroom and trial experience and has successfully argued cases before the California Court of Appeal. His litigation experience spans insurance, manufacturing, real estate and service industries.
Beyond his litigation practice, Jeffrey is deeply committed to pro bono work, providing legal services in cases that impact disenfranchised individuals. His dedication earned him the State Bar President’s Pro Bono Services Award. Actively engaged in the legal and nonprofit communities, he serves on and supports various boards for bar associations and advocacy organizations, including SAGE, which champions services and rights for LGBT elders. In recognition of his leadership and contributions, Jeffrey has been honored by the Los Angeles LGBT Bar Association with its Co-President’s Award for Leadership and by the Mountains AIDS Foundation with the Richard Taylor Leadership Award.
