Geoff West is an Associate in Scali Rasmussen's Litigation and Labor and Employment Law Departments. Prior to joining Scali Rasmussen, he handled cases which included PAGA/CAFA, wage and hour disputes, tort claims, and breach of contract claims including implied warranties and landlord habitability/premises liability. Geoff has worked on various aspects of real estate law including formulating ground lease buyout of a fortune 200 company on behalf of a corporate buyer, drafting corporate wealth and property transfers, drafting buy-sell agreements, and amending agreements governing entities in various corporate forms.
