Arden Burstein is a Principal in the Consumer Law Department at Scali Rasmussen, where she leverages extensive experience in automotive litigation to provide strategic, in-house counsel-style solutions for her clients.

With a strong background representing both lenders and dealerships, Arden excels in addressing the complex legal dynamics between automotive manufacturers, dealerships, and financiers. She is known for her ability to anticipate client needs, navigate intricate relationships, and deliver tailored, practical solutions that drive business success.

Before joining Scali Rasmussen, Arden honed her expertise in creditors’ rights litigation, managing a wide array of cases for financial institutions and defending dealerships. Her experience extends beyond litigation, having worked closely with internal teams to manage agreements, negotiate terms, and advise on the interconnected legal landscape within the automotive industry. Arden's in-house counsel experience, including overseeing the legal needs of a startup, gives her a unique perspective in balancing legal risk with operational efficiency.

Arden earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Mount Saint Mary’s University.

Outside of her legal practice, she is an avid supporter of the Special Olympics and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
