Ani Nazaryan is an Associate attorney whose practice centers on transactional matters with an emphasis on privacy law and regulatory compliance. At Scali Rasmussen, Ani supports corporate clients through a wide range of general corporate governance and transactional matters. She has advised buyers and sellers in high value acquisitions and prepared key transaction documents. Her experience spans agencies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. She also supports cross-border and international transactions, leveraging her knowledge of data privacy and cybersecurity law to ensure seamless and compliant execution.
Ani earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she held multiple leadership roles and was deeply engaged in the academic community. She served as a Fellow in the Negotiation Honors Program, President of the Armenian Law Students Association, and Chief Operating Officer of Students for Technology Law and Entrepreneurship. During her legal studies, Ani also served as a Legal Extern at the World Bank, where she provided research and analytical support to the Armenia team, focusing on justice reform and anti-corruption initiatives.
Committed to giving back, Ani remains actively involved in the Armenian American community on a national level, mentoring students and contributing her time and talent to community-based organizations.
