Ani is an Associate that focuses mainly on transactional matters. Prior to joining Scali Rasmussen, Ani advised corporate clients at Kerkonian Dajani LLP on regulatory requirements, ranging from the Securities and Exchange Commission to Federal Trade Commission. She also supported cross-border and international transactions and filings with her data privacy and cybersecurity law knowledge.

Ani graduated from Southwestern Law School, where she was an active member of the community and served in several leadership roles. She was a Fellow in the Negotiation Honors Program, President of the Armenian Law Students Association and served as Chief Operating Officer for Students for Technology Law and Entrepreneurship. Ani also served as a Legal Extern at the World Bank, providing research and analytical support for the Armenia team on issues of justice and anti-corruption.

Ani remains active within the Armenian American community across the nation, mentoring students and supporting community organizations.
