
Gregory Agron
Greg Agron is an Associate in Scali Rasmussen’s Labor & Employment Law Department. Prior to joining Scali Rasmussen, he worked on matters including wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment for Fortune 500 entertainment companies. Greg handled wage and hour and PAGA class action cases and drafted anti-SLAPP motions.
Previously, Greg was an Assistant United States Attorney in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney's Office in Los Angeles, serving as lead counsel in complex litigation cases, including tort defense, employment discrimination, immigration, and bankruptcy matters. Gregory also represented federal agencies by providing legal analysis, strategy, and recommendations at every stage of litigation.
As a Deputy District Attorney in the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office, Gregory conducted arraignments, preliminary hearings, jury trials, and court conferences. He worked with law enforcement agencies and personnel to investigate crimes, draft warrants, secure evidence, and prepare victims, civilian witnesses, law enforcement, and experts for testimony.
Greg received his Juris Doctorate at University of California Law School at Davis and his Bachelor of Arts in Russian Language and Literature cum laude from Dartmouth College.
Prior to his legal career, Greg served as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps in San Diego and Iraq. In that capacity, he led infantry Marines in combat, anti-terrorism, and peacekeeping missions. In addition, Greg conducted combat training for Marine Special Operations Command and Marine Expeditionary Units. For his exemplary service, he received a Purple Heart, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for Valor, and a Naval Commendation Medal for Valor.
