Jack Darbinyan’s practice is primarily dedicated to the representation of employers in an advisory capacity and the resolution of franchise disputes for automotive dealers. He regularly works with businesses and employers to draft, revise, and otherwise address outstanding issues with employee handbooks, objective memoranda and a range of regulatory matters.

Having obtained his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School, Jack has achieved favorable results for a number of clients in settlement negotiations and in pre-litigation. In defense of employers in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and in a number of other employment-related claims, he has been instrumental in settling matters that would have otherwise ended up heading to trial.

On a personal level, Jack loves playing pool, practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is a Lakers fan.
