Veronica R. She has successfully defended clients in high-stakes disputes ranging from automobile accidents and premises liability claims to construction defect and bad faith insurance litigation. Veronica has also obtained a favorable defense verdict in a premises liability case, further demonstrating her ability to achieve strong results for her clients in the courtroom.

Her practice spans all phases of litigation. She develops and argues dispositive motions, manages discovery, conducts and defends depositions, and represents clients in mediations, board meetings, and court hearings. Veronica has negotiated favorable settlements on behalf of clients, achieving resolutions from thousands to millions of dollars. Before joining her current firm, Veronica practiced with Kjar, McKenna & Stockalper, where she developed broad experience in civil defense litigation. Veronica earned her J.D. from the University of La Verne College of Law, where she served as a Staff Editor for both the La Verne Law Review and the Journal of Law, Business & Ethics, and was named to the Dean’s List. She received her B.A. in Political Science from California State University, Northridge.
