Stefanee Agai

Associate

Stefanee Agai is an attorney in Scali Rasmussen's Consumer Litigation Group, where she represents clients through all phases of litigation. She brings a strong foundation in courtroom advocacy, strategic case development and motion practice, helping clients navigate complex disputes with practical, results-oriented counsel.

Stefanee's litigation experience is rooted in her service as a Deputy Public Defender in California, where she developed extensive courtroom and trial advocacy skills. She regularly appeared before judges, examined and cross-examined witnesses, argued contested motions and managed cases from initial investigation through trial. This experience sharpened her ability to think strategically under pressure, communicate persuasively and advocate effectively in high-stakes proceedings.

Today, Stefanee applies that litigation background to civil matters, drawing on her courtroom experience to develop thoughtful case strategies and guide clients through every stage of the litigation process. She is comfortable handling pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, legal research and oral argument, approaching each matter with careful preparation, attention to detail and a focus on practical solutions.

Known for her collaborative approach, Stefanee enjoys working closely with clients and colleagues to analyze complex legal issues, anticipate challenges and develop strategies tailored to each client's objectives.

Stefanee is admitted to practice law in California and New Jersey, allowing her to serve clients across multiple jurisdictions.
